Our Simple 15-day Return Policy
 
Clause I: In case you are not happy with the product, you can simply return the product to us, if unused, within 15 days of its receipt under NO QUESTIONS ASKED policy.
 
The NO QUESTION ASKED POLICY provides customers with freedom to return, goods in unused condition without assigning any reason behind the return.
 
Please note shipping cost (from our place to customer's address and from customer's address to our place) of goods returned under clause I shall be borne solely by the customer, and the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box to the below given address. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.:

Clause II: Refund of the price paid by the customer on purchase of goods returned as per Clause I shall be reflected in customers account within 15 days of receipt of goods back in actual condition in our warehouse by us.
 
Clause III: This policy is only for customer in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.
 
Clause IV: Goods returned due to any manufacturing defect shall be governed by the applicable warranty & guaranty as provided by the respective manufacturer of the product.
 
Please note shipping cost (from our place to customer's address and from customer's address to our place) of the goods returned under clause IV, on account of any manufacturing defect shall be borne by us.
 
 
If the return is due to a size issue (applicable for apparel and footwear only), it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charge you bear to return the package, up to a maximum of Rs 100/kg. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back.
 
Please note brandfoyer.com will not be liable for any damage that happens in transit.

Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 3 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call our Customer Support No. +91 8588853411 between 10am and 6pm, on all 6 DAYS and choose the return option over the phone to reach our dedicated helpline for returns or write to us customercare@brandfoyer.com
 
Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you.
 
Refunds are made as follows:
 
If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a cheque.
If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.
 
Please Note: brandfoyer.com will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.
