HOW TO ORDER ON THE WEBSITE?

Placing your order on www.brandfoyer.com is very easy and quick to understand. Just follow the following five steps to place your order:

Find the Items You Want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart Once you are through with your selection, checkout from your shopping cart.
Login in case you are already a registered user with our website or else create a new account for making your current as well as any future purchase from our website. We advise that you keep your user id and password strictly confidential and do not share the same with anyone else.
Enter your address of the place where you would like to ship your order or else tick on the tab same as billing address in case your shipping address is the same as your billing address.
Make your payments on our secure payment gateway and view or print your order acknowledgment.
You can always check the status of your order by logging again into your account on the website and click on the order details tab.

HOW WILL THE ORDER GET DELIVERED TO YOU?

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep like Firstflight, DTDC, Quantium Solutions etc

HOW WILL YOU KNOW IF ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your Order is successfully placed,you will receive a confirmation over email and call from brandfoyer.com This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

YOU TRIED PLACING YOUR ORDER BUT IT WAS NOT PLACED SUCCESSFULLY

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 24 Hours of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below: Net Banking 2-4 business days Debit Card 5-7 business days Credit Card 7-21 business days

HOW DO YOU CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER?

Your order status is updated to you via emails and call at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an call and an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE USING MY DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD?

All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no need to worry.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) PURCHASE?

When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CASH ON DELIVERY PURCHASES?

There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs. 149 levied on Cash on Delivery purchases however in case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable

HOW CAN I PAY IF COD OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE ON MY ADDRESS?

If COD option is not available on your address you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card . In case you don't have a NetBanking or Debit Card option please contact your bank for Debit Card/Credit Card issue.

WHY IS NOT COD AVAILABLE TO ME?

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card. We also restrict Cash on Delivery facility for certain customers based on our long-term experience

WILL WE HAVE SHIPPING COSTS? IF YES, HOW MUCH?

Yes, we provide service all across India and abroad, subject to the courier network being available for the consignment shipping address. We will charge Rs 149 if the order is on COD. In case of Prepaid orders most of the products have free shipping. For orders abroad shipping charges will be Rs 2000 + taxes

DO YOU DELIVER TO LOCATIONS OUTSIDE INDIA?

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?

Yes. It is absolutely safe to use your credit card/debit card/net-banking account and/or your cash card for making your transactions on the website. For more details about the security, please refer the secure payments section under payment options above.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Delivery of your order quickly and on-time is important to us. While we deliver majority of our orders within 4 working days from the date of their placement, under no circumstances do we allow a situation where the order delivery takes more than 7-10 working days. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver your order or any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item and you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item. Further to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. If you believe that the product received by you is not in good condition and the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged, we strongly advise you to not to accept the delivery of the goods. Kindly e-mail us on customer care Email id- Customercare@brandfoyer.com to register your feedback/complaint and we shall either re-arrange the delivery of the goods or refund the order amount to you, in case you wish to seek refund of your payment. Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations Please Note: All the state entry charges like: Octroi, Warai, Enrty tax will always being borne by the customer/consignee itself

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

You can click on the “forgot password” link and fill in your email id in the space provided and click on submit button. We shall revert within 1 hour with your reset password

CANCEL ORDER

You can simply cancel your order until it is not dispatched if you placed your on prepaid i.e by making the payment in advance through card/netbanking/cheque etc. in this case we will deduct 5% as a transaction charge and refund the remaining amount. In case the product is dispatched we will refund the amount as per our delivery return policy
